Your first appointment is all about getting to know you, understanding your smile goals, and creating a personalized plan for your oral health. During your visit, you can expect:
A Warm Welcome & Office Tour
We want you to feel at home. Our team will greet you, answer any questions, and ensure you’re comfortable from the moment you arrive.
Comprehensive Exam
Your dentist will evaluate your teeth, gums, bite, and overall oral health. We’ll also screen for gum disease and oral cancer to ensure early detection and prevention.
Digital X-Rays
We use low-radiation digital imaging to get a complete picture of your oral health for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
Personalized Treatment Plan
After your exam, we’ll review your results, discuss your goals, and create a treatment plan tailored to your needs — whether preventive, cosmetic, restorative, or a combination.

We work with many dental insurance plans and will help you understand your benefits and out-of-pocket costs before any treatment begins.
No Insurance? No Problem.
We offer a Membership Discount Plan designed to make routine dental care affordable for patients without insurance.

What to Bring?
To ensure a smooth and efficient visit, all new patients are required to complete registration at least two (2) business days prior to their appointment. Please be prepared to provide the following during registration:
- Completed medical history, including current medications
- Dental and medical insurance information
(for both the subscriber and the patient, if different) - Photo ID for the patient receiving care
If using a dental insurance plan, registration must be completed in advance so our team can verify insurance and properly prepare for your visit. Patients who have not completed registration ahead of time may need to reschedule their appointment.
